and as educators our year is

August – July

so last night we said

‘goodbye to summer’

{don’t worry we did not say goodbye to yogurt}!

although we found are 2nd favorite yogurt ever.

BD started his

fifth.year.of.teaching.

{we are getting old}

another things we finished this weekend.

Saints football won Friday night!

school starts tomorrow.

It feels funny.

I was getting use to plywood

after four weeks.

of doing dishes in the bath tub

grilling every meal.

getting splinters from ‘wiping’ off the ‘counter tops’

we finally have counter tops!

and what else comes with counter tops?

APPLIENCES!

and a kitchen sink

{no faucet yet, though}

hopefully this weekend!

but you also get your amazing hubster

to put in the kitchen lights!

everyday it more and more like

{this happened Monday}

my parents owners were out to work

I was ready to get out and play!

so…

I dug a hole.

and became an escape artist:

don’t worry a lovely lady with two dogs

called my owners

gave me a bath

and let me come to her house to play!

it was a great day!

till they found my hole

and filled it in with concrete!

oh the life of a chorkie is hard.
